You've Made It! So...Why Aren't You Smiling?

You planned to relax when you got to this point, but instead you lose sleep, work longer hours than ever and can sense the competition nipping at your heals.You know you need help but, full time marketing staff is expensive. Interns are tough to manage. The search for local talent can be quite a challenge. The best ones are recruited and they cost even more. And, most employed marketing executives spend only 10-20% of their time on marketing as 80% is wasted in meetings and other management duties.  Where can you turn?  Does this sound familiar?
